The Service, together with all content thereon, is owned or controlled by Look Sharp Labs, Inc., a company registered in Delaware and trading from California (collectively, “PLUSMUSIC,” “we,” “our,” and “us”).  

You may use the Service in many different ways including (where and when applicable) by using the “Post PLUSMUSIC” feature to share music with other Users. By engaging in such uses, you may share your personal information publicly, which may be viewed and collected by others. As a result, when using such features only share what you wish to make public.


To provide the Service, it is necessary for us to collect and process certain personal information (“Data”), including some or all of the following: name and other personal details, email addresses and mobile phone numbers, IP addresses, device and web-browser details, operating system details, activities on the Site, personal preferences relating to the Service, financial information, details of the locations from which you use the Service and audio-visual images that you may upload to the Service. We may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business which may involve the transfer of certain divisions or assets of our company to other parties, and Data, where relevant, may be transferred to such third parties.


You may update, correct, or delete your Data at any time by accessing your online PLUS Account settings. You may also opt-out of receiving further promotional messages from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any promotional email you receive from us. We reserve the rights in all cases to retain Data necessary to provide the Service and other legal reasons in full compliance with applicable law.


We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age (each a “Child” and collectively, “Children”), and no part of the Service is directed to Children. If you learn that a Child has provided us with personal information in violation of this Privacy Policy, then you may alert us at .
